Bruce Warren founded Texas Deck Rehab on a simple idea: not every damaged deck needs a full rebuild. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a JD, Bruce built the company after seeing too many homeowners told they needed complete replacements when the right repair could safely restore their deck instead. Under his leadership, Texas Deck Rehab has grown to cover custom deck construction, structural repairs, wood rot restoration, pergolas, wheelchair ramps, stairs, railings, and outdoor living projects across the Greater Houston area. Bruce treats every job as if it were his own home, starting with a straightforward estimate and following through to a final walkthrough where the work is checked against the same standard: safe, durable, and built with attention to detail.
